1. 배정 신청 대상: 2025-2학기 입학한 석·박사과정 대학원생 (현재 1기말)
2. 제출기간: 2025.11. 5.(수) 10:00 ~ 11. 17.(월) 16:00 *기한연장
3. 제출방법: 내용 기재 및 날인 완료된 배정신청서 스캔본(PDF 파일 형식) 이메일 송부 (제출처: gsis@hanyang.ac.kr)

4. 신청절차
① (학생)지도교수배정 상담 신청 > ② (교수)상담 일정 확정 및 학생 안내 > ③ 상담 진행 > ④ (교수) 학생에게 승인/반려 안내
> ⑤ (학생) 배정신청서 작성 후 지도교수, 학과주임교수 승인 및 날인 취득 > ⑥ (학생)작성 완료된 배정신청서를 PDF 파일로 스캔하여 이메일 제출
- 반드시 지도교수 및 학과주임교수와 상담을 진행한 후, 날인을 취득
- 지도교수 및 학과주임교수의 날인이 누락된 신청서는 접수 불가

Please confirm the following information and submit your application within the designated period.
1. Applicants: Students enrolled in Master's/PhD in the 2025 Fall Semester (currently in their first semester)
2. Submission Period: Nov5, 2025 (Wed) ~ Nov 17, 2025 (Mon)
3. Submission Method: Please submit a scanned copy (PDF format) of the completed and signed allocation application via email. (gsis@hanyang.ac.kr)

4. Application Procedure
① (Student) Apply for Faculty Advisor Assignment Consultation > ② (Professor)Confirm consultation date and inform
student > ③ Academic counseling > ④ (Professor) Notify approval status to student > ⑤ (Student) Complete the form
including signatures from oneself, advisor, and department head for approval > ⑥ (Student)Scan the completed form as PDF file
and submit it via email
- Consultation with the advisor and department head is mandatory prior to obtaining signatures.
- Applications missing the signatures of the advisor and department head cannot be accepted.
5. Eligibility for Faculty Advisor: Full-time professors
