아래와 같이 2025학년도 1학기 과목이수구분변경(구 학점변경) 신청 관련 사항을 안내 드립니다.
신청가능범위를 꼭 확인하시어 신청하시기 바랍니다.
* 입학학기에 따라 신청기준 등 세부내용이 다르므로 유의 바랍니다.

1. 이수구분변경 (구 학점변경)이란?
본인의 졸업 요건을 고려하여 이수한 과목의 이수구분을 신청가능범위 내에서 변경하는 절차를 말합니다.
타 대학원, 타 학과의 수업을 이수한 경우 해당 과목의 이수구분은 ‘타전공(일반)선택’으로 표기됩니다.
1) 2025-1학기 이전 입학생: 해당 과목은 총 취득 학점에는 합산되지만 국제대학원의 졸업이수요건에는 포함되지 않기에 이수구분을 변경하여 졸업요건에 포함될 수 있도록 해야 함.
2) 2025-1학기 입학생: 졸업논문 주제와 연관된 과목 등 본인의 전공 및 연구분야와 관련된 과목의 이수구분을 변경
2. 신청기간: 2025. 7. 2.(수) ~ 7. 4.(금)
※ 안내드리는 제출기간에만 신청서를 받을 예정이오니, 해당 기간 이전과 마감 후에 제출하지 않도록 유의 바랍니다.
3. 신청기준
1) 해당 과목을 이수한 당해 학기 말에 신청하여야 합니다.
예) 2025학년도 1학기에 이수한 과목의 이수구분변경은 2025학년도 1학기 말에 신청하여야 함
2) 신청 가능 범위
가) 2025-1학기 이전 입학생
※ 기존 '공통선택'과 '전공선택'에 각각 배당된 학점이 '공통/전공선택'으로 통합됨에 따라
2023학년도 1학기부터는 졸업을 위한 해당 과목이수구분 간 변경이 불필요해졌습니다.
따라서 위의 신청가능범위에 한해 신청하시기 바랍니다.
* HY-in 포털에서 졸업사정에서 변경된 학점이수요건 확인 가능
* 학사안내집에서 업데이트된 학과별 이수 학점, 과목 이수구분 변경 신청 가능 범위 확인 가능

① 이수구분변경신청서 작성 (첨부파일 다운로드. 혹은 국제대학원 홈페이지 게시판>자료실 메뉴에서 다운로드)
② 학과장 승인 취득
③ 스캔한 PDF 파일을 행정팀에 이메일로 제출 (gsis@hanyang.ac.kr)

1. What is Course Classification Change (pka. Credit Transfer)?
It is a procedure to change a classification of a course you completed to satisfy your graduation requirements.
Especially, course(s) you took from other majors or schools will appear as ‘Elective Non-Major(General)’ on its course classification.
1) Students enrolled before 2025 spring semester
- Although the course is counted toward the total number of credits earned, it is not included in the credit requirements allocated for each course classification. Therefore, the course classification must be changed in order for it to be counted toward the graduation requirements.
2) 2025 spring semester freshmen
- Students could apply for changing the classification of courses related to one's major and research area, such as those associated with the graduation thesis topic.
2. Application Period: 2025. 7. 2.(Wed) ~ 7. 4.(Fri)
※ Kindly be noted that we will only accept applications that are submitted during the submission period, so please make sure not to submit them before or after the deadline.
3. Application Criteria
1) You are required to apply at the end of the semester that you completed a course.
ex) If you wish to change a classification of a course you took during the 2025 spring semester, you have to submit an application at the end of the 2025 spring semester.
2) Range of Possible Change
a) Students enrolled before 2025 spring semester
※ With the integration of credits assigned to "General Elective" and "Major Elective" into a single category called "General/Major Elective," there is no longer a need to change the course classification between General and Major Elective
required for graduation starting from 2023 spring semester.
Please apply within the specified range of available courses.
* Updated credit requirement could be checked from HY-in portal system graduation status,
academic guide-required credits by department and range of possible course classification change
b) 2025 spring semester freshmen
3) Application Procedure
① Fill out the form(download the attached file/download it from 게시판>자료실 menu from the GSIS website)
② Obtain approval from the head professor of your department.
③ Scan it and submit the PDF file to the GSIS Administration Office via email (gsis@hanyang.ac.kr)
