내용 2023년도 2학기 외국어 성적 제출 및 외국어/선수강 면제 신청서 제출 관련, 아래와 같이 안내 드립니다.
* 외국어 요건 이수는 청구논문 신청을 위한 필수 요건이므로 2023-2학기 논문제출을 계획하고 있는 학생은 반드시 기한 내 제출 요망
 
1. 제출기간: 2023년 9월 25일(월) ~ 10월 6일(금)

→ 자료실 → ‘외국어성적제출 및 면제신청양식‘ 검색

Step 2 양식을 증빙서류와 함께 기한 내
국제학대학원 이메일로 제출
(gsis@hanyang.ac.kr)		 <외국어공인성적>
성적표 원본을 스캔 하여 제출
(부분 스캔, 인터넷 캡처본 제출 불가)
Step 3 10월 11일 신청 사항 결과 확인 <확인메뉴>
HY-IN 포털 로그인 → HY홈 
→ 성적/졸업사정조회 → 졸업사정조회
※ "신청사항" 중 해당하는 세부 항목에 모두 체크해 주시기 바랍니다.
    (예: 한국학과 한국학전공 석사생이 TOPIK 3급 성적증명서를 제출하여 한국어 요건 충족 및 선수강과목 면제 희망 시, 
     외국어성적제출(A) 및 선수강면제(B) 항목 체크)
※ 신청서 제출 전 하단에 서명을 했는지 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 
 
3. 외국어 이수 요건 및 외국어/선수강 면제 요건: 첨부 파일을 꼭 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

As below, we are sharing the instruction on submission of foreign language and foreign language/pre-requisite waiver application for 2023 fall semester.
* Completing the Foreign Language Requirement is required to submit your thesis. So if you are planning to submit your final thesis this semester, you must submit the required language documents within the designated period.
 
1. Submission Period: Sep 25th (Mon) ~ Oct 6th (Fri)
 
2. How to submit/apply

Step 1 Fill out the ‘Foreign Language Submission and Waiver Application Form’  
GSIS webpage → 게시판 
→ 자료실 →  Search ‘Foreign Language Submission and Waiver Application Form’

Step 2 Email the completed form along with the proving document to GSIS (gsis@hanyang.ac.kr)  
Submit the scanned copy of original certificate
(Partial scan, captured image of internet browser cannot be accepted)
Step 3 Check the submission/application result on October 11th

→ My GPA/Graduation Requirements 
→ Graduation Requirements
※ Please check all that applies in the "application field".
    (E.g. : If a master’s student in Korean Studies Major submits TOPIK 3 certificate to meet Korean language requirements and
      be exempted from prerequisite courses, student should check both boxes for "Submission of foreign language score(A)"
      and "Waiver of prerequisites(B)".)
※ Please check if you have signed below the form before submission.
