학생지원팀에서는 모바일 학생증 활성화를 위하여 2023학년도 2학기부터 신입생 대상으로 실물 학생증 대신 모바일 학생증을 일괄 발급하여 입학 시점부터 원활하고 편리하게 학교 시설물 이용 가능하도록 처리하고 있습니다. 이와 관련하여 2024학년도 1학기 학생증 발급 방법을 아래와 같이 안내드립니다. 1. 2024학년도 신(편)입학 학생증 발급 안내 가. 대상 : 2024학년도 학부, 대학원(일반, 전문, 특수대학원) 신(편)입생, 교환/방문학생 나. 기간 : 2024.3.4.(월)부터 모바일 학생증 발급 후 이용 가능 다. 모바일 학생증 발급 및 출입권한 신청방법 1) 헤이영캠퍼스 앱 통해서 모바일 학생증 발급[첨부파일 참고] 2) 출입권한 신청방법 ▶ HY-in 포털 로그인 → 신청 → 시설/공간 → 출입권한신청 → 출입권한 인증방법/사용상태 항목에서 본인의 휴대폰 유형 선택 후 변경 클릭 3) 팝업창 약관 내역 확인 및 '동의' 후 확인 버튼 클릭 4) 모바일 학생증으로 학교 시설물 이용 가능 2. 실물 학생증 발급 안내 가. 실물 카드 학생증 신청기간 : 2024.2.22.(목) 13시 ~ 2024.3.15.(금) 18시 *상기 기간 중 미신청 할 경우 4.15(월)까지 학생증 신청 불가 나. 신청방법 1) (원칙) 내국인 학생: 신한 SOL 어플로 신청 [붙임2] 2) (예외) ① 외국 국적 신(편)입생 (해당자가 아닌 경우 반려 처리됨) ▶ HY-in 포털 로그인 → 신청 → 학생증발급신청 → 신규발급(Foreigner)으로 신청 후, 학생지원팀(학생회관 2층) 방문하여 수령 3) (예외) ② 미성년자 / 임시 주민등록증을 소지한 학생(주민등록증,운전면허증, 여권 미소지 학생) 4) (예외) ③ 그 밖의 사유로 신한SOL 어플을 통해 학생증 발급이 어려운 경우 ▶ 인터넷으로 예약접수(예약접수 바로가기) 후, 신분증(주민등록증/운전면허증/ 임시 주민등록증/여권 등)을 지참하여 신한은행 한양대학교지점(동문회관 3층)으로 영업시간(9시-16시)에 방문 다. 수령 안내 : 신한은행 한양대학교 DIGILOG 지점(동문회관 3층) 방문 수령 1) 학과별 우선 배부 기간 : 3.26(화) ~ 4.9(화) *학과별 지정된 날짜에만 수령 가능. 세부 일정 추후 안내 2) 추가 자율 수령 기간: 4.11(목) ~ 4.30(화) *미수령 학생증 5.1(수) 전량 폐기. 추후 재발급 수수료 3,000원 3. 유의사항 가. 한양대학교 대표 홈페이지 - 서울캠퍼스 - 대학생활 - 학생증/국제학생증 메뉴에서 상세 내용 확인 가능합니다. 나. 실물 학생증 발급 시 유의사항: 실물 학생증으로 학교 시설물 이용 원할 시 반드시 HY-in 포털 출입권한신청 메뉴에서 '신분증 사용'으로 수정 후 학교 시설물 이용. _______________________________________ The Student Support Division has introduced the activation of mobile student IDs to enhance convenience and accessibility for utilizing school facilities. Starting from the 2023 Fall Semester, incoming students will receive a mobile student ID instead of a physical card, allowing access to campus facilities from the beginning of your enrollment. Please refer to the below for 2024 Spring Semester Student ID card issuance process. 1. Issuance of Mobile Student IDs for the 2024 Spring Semester a. Eligibility: 2024 freshmen for undergraduate, graduate (general, professional, special graduate schools), exchange/visiting students b. Period: From Mar 4, 2024 (Mon), usable after obtaining the mobile student ID c. Procedure for Issuing Mobile Student ID Card and Access Permission 1) Download the "헤이영캠퍼스(Hey Young Campus)" app to apply for your mobile student ID. [Refer to the attached file for details.] 2) Apply for access permission: ▶Log in to the HY-in Portal → Navigate to Services → Facilities → Facility Access → Choose your verification method/usage status and click on "Modify." 3) Review and agree to the terms presented in the pop-up, then click the "동의(Confirm)" button. 4) Once your mobile student ID is issued, you can start using it to access school facilities. 2. Physical Student ID Issuance a. Application Period for Physical Card Student IDs: Feb 22, 2024 (Thu) 13:00 ~ Mar 15, 2024 (Fri) 18:00 *If not applied within the specified period, student ID application will not be available until Apr 15 (Mon). b. Application method 1) (General) Korean students: Apply through Shinhan SOL app [Attachment 2]. 2) (Exceptions) ① Foreign students freshmen (would be rejected if not eligible) ▶ Log in to the HY-in Portal → Navigate to Services → Re-Issuance of student ID card → Click "신규발급(Foreigner)" below the page → Pick up the card from the Student Support Division (2nd floor of the Student Union Bld.) 3) (Exceptions) ② Minors / Students with temporary resident registration cards (those without a resident registration card, driver's license, or passport) 4) (Exceptions) ③ Those who cannot issue the student ID card through Shinhan SOL due to other reasons ▶ Apply through internet reservation (Reservation Link) and visit Shinhan Bank Hanyang University branch (3rd floor of Alumni Association Bld.) with proper identification (resident registration card/driver's license/temporary resident registration card/passport, etc.) during business hours (9:00-16:00). c. Pickup Information: Shinhan Bank Hanyang University DIGILOG Branch (3rd floor of Alumni Association Bld.) 1) Departmental Priority Allocation Period: Mar 26 (Tue) ~ Apr 9 (The) *Can only be picked up on the designated dates for each department. Detailed schedules will be provided later. 2) Additional autonomous pickup period: Apr 11 (Thu) ~ Apr 30 (Tue) *All unclaimed student IDs will be discarded by May 1 (Wed). A reissuance fee of KRW 3,000 will be charged later. 3. Notes a. Detailed information can be found on the Hanyang University official website - Seoul Campus – Campus Life - Student ID menu. b. To use school facilities with your physical student ID, make sure to modify your status to "신분증사용(ID Usage)" in the HY-in Portal's 출입권한신청 메뉴(Facility Access). |
