1. What is Course Classification Change (pka. Credit Transfer)?
It is a procedure to change a classification of a course you completed to satisfy your graduation requirements.
Especially, course(s) you took from other majors or schools will appear as ‘Elective Non-Major(General)’ on its course classification.
And by changing its classification, you can have counted towards your graduation requirements.
2. Application Period
The application period has been changed from the Beginning of Semester to the End of Semester.

※ Specific dates will be announced at the end of semester through the notice board on the GSIS webpage.
3. Application Criteria
1) You are required to apply at the end of the semester that you completed a course.
ex) If you wish to change a classification of a course you took during 2022 spring semester,
you have to submit an application at the end of 2022 spring semester.

3) Application Procedure
Fill out the form > obtain an approval from dean > submit it to the GSIS administration Team
